The seller is Sign and Pay.
We collect the agreement you type, the email address Stripe has for a payment, and the country of the network request. The country is used only to suggest EUR, USD, or GBP for the price you type. The agreement is used to write the page your client opens. The email is used to match a refund.
A paid purchase is remembered with a signed cookie in the browser you used at checkout. The cookie is kept until you refund or it expires. There is no password account. If you connect Stripe, that connected account id is kept in a signed cookie in the same browser.
Email hello@signthenpay.com for a copy or deletion. You can complain to the CNPD in Portugal, the ICO in Britain, or the CPPA in California.
Stripe is the seller of record and handles tax. Sign and Pay does not see your card.
